Functional Training

A functional based workout that helps to increase and improve your strength, flexibility, balance and coordination as well as general fitness.

Duration: 45min.

Staying Strong

A class to help develop muscular strength and improve general health and fitness.

*Please arrive 10 minutes before class to set up your equipment 

Duration: 45min.

Pilates

A class which focuses on core strengthening movements, which improves posture, flexibility and strength through the connection of mind and body with breath. Pilates help teach body awareness and graceful movement.   

Duration: 45min. 

Interval Training

A fast moving interval style format focusing on cardio, strength and balance utilising a range of equipment.

Duration: 45min.
